I thought I personally was never going to get "healthy," and that it was not obtainable.
Working out wasn't for me. I didn't think I needed to exercise. I just needed to EAT LESS and LOSE WEIGHT
We always give ourselves that ONE date where we decide to get our shit together. It's sort of our own "deadline."
