Coaching CPR & First Aid
CrossFit Level 1
I am originally from Norwich, NY, a small town near Syracuse. I moved here in 2003 for my career at Roy C. Ketcham HS where I teach Health and have coached a variety of sports. I played college basketball at SUNY Cortland, while getting my bachelor degrees in Athletic Training, Exercise Science, and Coaching. I got my Masters degree in Health Education while being a Graduate Assistant for the Women's basketball team there. I have always had a passion for sports and fitness and what the human body is capable of. I have always loved the process of training. I have always been incredibly driven and dedicated to be physically fit. Taking up CrossFit in 2014 has been the ultimate challenge for me post college basketball and has more than fulfilled my love for fitness, an active community, competition, and winning. I have been blessed to have the opportunity to coach many students in many sports in my career. Helping young people grow and transform into their best self under my tutelage has been a gift I cherish. I continue to experience that every day coaching at CF845 and continue to feel incredibly blessed helping people grow and transform into their best self.
