Customer Success Manager / Coach
I’ve been athletic my entire life, growing up playing sports like softball and basketball. As an adult, I continued playing softball and started lifting weights, but after having three children, it became harder to stay involved in team sports while keeping up with their schedules.
That’s when I found CrossFit. It gave me a way to keep a sport of my own while still being present for my family, including coaching my daughter’s travel soccer team for many years. That experience shaped the way I approach coaching today balancing real life, showing up consistently, and finding ways to make fitness fit into your life, not compete with it.
Not only do I coach classes, but I also offer Nutrition Coaching and Private Training with people of ALL fitness levels and ALL abilities. Which leads me to Adaptive 845, an inclusive program I created to support athletes with diverse abilities. My passion for adaptive coaching is deeply personal it was inspired by my son, Lucas, who has Down syndrome, and my desire to build a space where individuals of all abilities feel supported, capable, and included.
While adaptive coaching is close to my heart, I believe great coaching starts with meeting every athlete where they are whether you’re brand new to fitness, returning after time away, or ready to push your performance further.
My coaching style is empathetic, detail-oriented, and grounded in safety. I focus on quality movement, sustainable progress, and building confidence without pressure to be perfect.
My goal is simple: to help you move better, feel stronger, and confidently work toward your goals!
